Meghan is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner originally from Maryland. She earned her RN degree in 2018 and spent seven years providing high-acuity care in an adult medical ICU in Greenville, South Carolina. She graduated from The University of South Carolina with her Master’s degree in December 2024. She transitioned to The Longevity Center Greenville in July 2025, where she is passionate about preventive medicine, optimizing long-term health, and providing patient-centered care.

Kassidy Hudgins

Kassidy brings well rounded experience to the office manager position with her background in wellness, business operations and patient care. While holding a license in massage therapy, as well as various certifications within wellness, she is passionate about helping patients find the most natural path to healing. Her experience as a massage therapist and wellness coach equip her with the ability to manage the clinics day to day operations. She strives to ensure top patient care standards at The Longevity Center Greenville.

Chloe Kessel

Chloe Kessel, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, grew up in West Palm Beach, Florida. She earned her BSN from the University of Florida and her MSN from Chamberlain University. Her clinical background as a nurse was primarily based in adult and pediatric emergency departments. Before transitioning to integrative medicine, she practiced both acute care and outpatient cardiology as a nurse practitioner. This trajectory provided her with an understanding of the profound complexities, but also the limitations of reactive healthcare. Her approach at The Longevity Center is defined by a compassionate, yet analytical process that prioritizes evidence-based, individualized protocols over standardized symptom management. Rather than addressing health concerns in isolation, she strives to unearth the underlying physiological drivers of a patient’s chief complaint. She views each patient as a unique biological system, necessitating a customized strategy to reach their specific health goals. By merging her traditional clinical experience with a focus on regenerative and integrative principles, she strives to ensure that every patient receives a comprehensive, evidence-based roadmap to long-term wellness.

Emily brings years of experience in retail management and customer service, where she developed a strong foundation in communication, organization, and client care. Her transition into the health and wellness field was driven by a passion for helping people feel their best. Known for her professionalism and warm personality, Emily ensures every patient feels comfortable, supported, and valued throughout their journey at The Longevity Center FL.
