Alexandra Mattingly
Leadership
With a foundation in biology, environmental sciences, and art, Alexandra brings a thoughtful and multidisciplinary approach to her role overseeing clinical operations at Longevity Centers of America. She manages inventory systems, supports in-office treatments, and handles much of the clinic’s branding and graphic design work. She especially enjoys assisting with regenerative therapies, particularly using VSELs with the Song laser. She learned the technique firsthand while training at Dr. Todd Ovokaitys’ clinic in California, where the therapy was originally developed. This therapy uses healing frequencies to activate the body’s own very small embryonic-like stem cells, allowing for deep, internal repair with precise cellular targeting. Her attention to detail and understanding of both science and aesthetics help ensure that patients receive thoughtful, effective care from start to finish.

Carly Ehrlich
West Palm Team
With her extensive background in wellness and healthcare, Carly plays a critical role in managing daily operations and ensuring that every patient experience is seamless. Her dedication to health and wellness shines through in all aspects of her work, ensuring that patients feel supported from the moment they walk in the door. Although Carly initially planned to pursue a career in medicine, she shifted her focus after facing personal health challenges that traditional medicine failed to resolve. Her journey to The Longevity Center FL was shaped by her battle with mercury toxicity—a condition that took years to identify. It wasn’t until she reconnected with Kyle Hulbert and sought care from Dr. K that she discovered the root cause of her symptoms. That experience not only brought her long-awaited relief, but now fuels her commitment to helping others navigate their own paths to wellness.
