About us
What is The Longevity Centers of America?
The Longevity Centers of America (LCOA) supports a network of physician-led longevity clinics. Care at each clinic starts with advanced testing, so your plan is built around your own data and goals.
What does longevity medicine mean at LCOA?
To us, longevity medicine means removing the roadblocks to your healthspan so you can maximize your life. We look at markers such as hormones, nutrients, toxins, and metabolic function to understand what may be contributing to how you feel, then plan next steps with your clinician. Services are designed to support general wellness.
Where are your clinics?
We have four clinics that are currently operational:
- West Palm Beach, FL: 580 Village Blvd, Suite 210, West Palm Beach, FL 33409
- Hippocrates Wellness campus, West Palm Beach, FL: Vida Building, Second Floor, 1480 Hippocrates Way, West Palm Beach, FL 33411
- Greenville, SC: 103 Wade Hampton Blvd, Greenville, SC 29609
- Orlando, FL: 6000 Turkey Lake Rd, Suite 209, Orlando, FL 32819, in the Dr. Phillips area, just off Sand Lake Road
Some services may vary by location.
Who leads clinical care, and who will I see?
Every clinic in the LCOA network is physician-led. Dr. Benjamin Kosubevsky, D.O., Co-Founder and Medical Director, leads clinical care across the network. Licensed healthcare professionals administer every therapy under physician oversight, and nurse practitioners and registered nurses staff each clinic.
Getting started
Where do I start?
Start with a Longevity and Wellness Assessment. It begins with an in-depth intake and medical history review, followed by lab testing. After you review your results with your clinician, you build a step-by-step roadmap together.
What is the first visit like?
Your licensed provider reviews your full medical history, current concerns, and lifestyle factors, then selects lab testing based on what that conversation reveals.
What testing may be part of my assessment?
Testing is selected for your specific needs. It may include hormone and thyroid levels, inflammatory markers, micronutrients, metabolic and organ function panels, and biologic age testing. Availability can vary by clinic.
How long does the assessment take?
It is usually a one hour consult. The blood draw typically takes about 15 minutes and is not done on site. The process from testing to receiving your customized Longevity Roadmap usually takes 1 to 2 weeks.
What is a Longevity Roadmap?
It is a written plan built from your results. It includes:
- A plain-language interpretation of your test results
- Prioritized action steps
- Supplement protocols
- A follow-up testing schedule
Do I need a referral?
No. You can schedule a comprehensive longevity assessment directly, without a physician’s referral.
How do I schedule?
Submit an appointment request online and choose your location, and our team will follow up to schedule your visit. You can request an IV therapy session or a clinical visit.
Is pricing the same at every clinic?
Some services may vary by location. Your clinic team can walk you through details when you schedule.
If you are paying out of pocket or not using insurance, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of your expected charges. Ask for one when you schedule, and we will provide it in writing before your visit. If your bill is at least $400 more than your estimate, you can dispute it. Learn more at www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 1-800-985-3059.
After your assessment
What happens once my results are back?
Your licensed provider walks you through what the results show and builds a plan around those specific findings. Depending on your results, your plan may combine IV and infusion therapies, targeted supplementation, peptides, regenerative injections, or other therapies.
How are therapies chosen?
Your plan is built around your results, so the therapies in it depend on what your testing shows. Your licensed provider explains the reasoning behind each recommendation.
How is progress tracked?
Plans include a follow-up testing schedule. At the end of your care plan window, you return for a structured evaluation to review how your markers have changed. Timelines vary with the complexity of your situation, and therapy typically spans months.
Can you promise specific results?
No. Every patient responds differently, and individual results vary. Your licensed provider will explain what to realistically expect, along with risks and alternatives, before you start any therapy.

The information on this page is for general education and is not medical advice. Whether a test or therapy is right for you is decided by a licensed provider after an evaluation. Some therapies we offer are used off-label or have not been approved by the FDA for every use, and not every therapy is appropriate for every patient. Individual results vary, and no specific outcome is guaranteed. All therapies are administered by licensed healthcare professionals. Services and availability vary by location.
