Matching Care to the Patient
Two patients with the same complaint rarely have the same underlying cause, which is why every plan at our Hippocrates Way location starts with lab data specific to that patient. The categories below outline how this plays out across the three groups we support most frequently.
Patients Dealing with Environmental and Toxic Load
The Challenge
When Inflammation Doesn’t Have an Obvious Cause: Some patients reach us only after exhausting more conventional treatment options: dermatologists, rheumatologists, allergists, each ruling out their own specialty without resolving the underlying problem. In many of these cases, the root cause traces back to an environmental exposure that standard tests often do not screen for. These include things like mold encountered in a home, office, or vehicle, or a buildup of heavy metals from years of low-level exposure. Patients in this category have often already tried a long list of supplements without seeing meaningful change.
Our Longevity Approach
Identifying the Toxic Burden Directly: We run specialty testing, including mycotoxin and heavy metal panels, to pinpoint what conventional testing tends to miss. Once a specific burden is confirmed, we move to therapy, which may include IV ozone therapy, EBOO, or supervised chelation, each intended to lower the toxic load and calm the immune and inflammatory response it has triggered.
Individuals With Metabolic Challenges
The Challenge
Weight Resistance, Blood Sugar Dysregulation, and Declining Metabolic Function: Metabolic problems rarely manifest with a single, easily identifiable symptom. Instead, our patients very often describe a gradual set of changes, like excess weight or habitually high blood sugar levels that no longer respond to diet or exercise the way they once did. Other common complaints include unexplained disrupted sleep or body composition that has shifted without a clear reason. Traditional treatments will attempt to address these syptoms individually, without looking at the full metabolic picture.
Our Longevity Approach
Comprehensive Metabolic Evaluation and Personalized Optimization: Through comprehensive metabolic testing, we can better assess metabolic function. We look closely at things like insulin sensitivity, thyroid markers, inflammatory indicators, and hormone status, including how each of these indicators are impacting the others. From there, we prescribe a personalized therapy protocol, which may include bioidentical hormone optimization, peptide therapy with direct metabolic applications, or medically supervised weight optimization programs.
People With Complex Chronic Health Conditions
The Challenge
When Symptoms Overlap and Conventional Care Has Reached Its Limits: Many patients arrive at our clinic after years of managing a chronic health condition. Autoimmune diseases, recurring neurological symptoms, or multisystem problems often require answers that lie outside any single medical field. The problem is that standard health systems are built around diagnosing and addressing individual conditions. What that means is that many patients are managing several diagnoses simultaneously, each treated separately in a silo, without looking at the big picture.
Our Longevity Approach
Integrated Evaluations Across Multiple Systems: We take a systems-based view of complex chronic conditions, using comprehensive testing to identify any possible contributing factors. These can include hormonal dysfunction, nutrient deficiencies, elevated inflammatory burden, and exposure to environmental toxins. We then match up diagnostic findings with the appropriate therapies, such as IV ozone therapy, NAD+ infusions, hormone optimization, or detoxification protocols.
Services Offered at Our Hippocrates, FL Location
Dr. Benjamin Kosubevsky
Dr. Benjamin Kosubevsky, Medical Director and Co-Founder of Longevity Centers of America, leads the clinical philosophy applied across all of our locations, including the Hippocrates Way clinic. His background combines conventional medical training with functional and regenerative medicine, an approach built around the idea that most chronic symptoms have a measurable, individual cause. Patients arriving with fatigue, hormone imbalance, inflammation, or metabolic dysfunction are evaluated using diagnostic testing that extends well past a standard lab panel, with therapy plans built on data.
Dr. Kosubevsky’s clinical interests extend into regenerative injection medicine, where his work with PRP and ozone-based therapies has informed training programs he teaches to other licensed providers. He also contributed to the development of EBOOST, a proprietary protocol built on Extracorporeal Blood Oxygenation and Ozonation (EBOO) therapy, and holds certifications in ozone therapy administration, chelation therapy, and microneedling. Outside the clinic, he co-hosts the Longevity Unlocked podcast with Kyle Hulbert and has presented at industry events, including the American Osteopathic Association’s Prolotherapy Conference and the Mayo Clinic‘s Sports Medicine for the Clinician program.
Dave’s Journey Combatting Lyme Disease
Dave has been sick for 25 years. Due to previously unknown causes, he has experienced a myriad of physical and psychological symptoms, from headaches and muscle cramps to heart palpitations, nightmares, severe brain fog, and chronic flu-like fatigue. Over more than two decades, he unsuccessfully sought out diagnosis and treatment for his symptoms, with standard blood panels always coming up negative for Lyme disease. While he found temporary, mild relief through vitamins, supplements, and prescription medications, they barely made a dent. His condition impacted his ability to enjoy his personal life and threatened his livelihood, due to his inability to satisfactorily perform his job functions.
The Longevity Centers first performed comprehensive testing to identify potential underlying conditions causing Dave’s symptoms. After diagnosis, he underwent our therapies for chronic and persistent Lyme symptoms, as well as those aimed at mold exposure and heavy metals. Dave insists that the protocols have changed his life. He also praises how welcoming and caring our staff and technicians have made him feel, and how effortless the therapies are to undergo.
*While individual outcomes vary and results are not guaranteed for every patient, his experience reflects the kind of root-cause, whole-body approach the clinic aims to offer those for whom conventional treatment alone has fallen short.
Advanced Regenerative Medicine Grounded in Evidence-Based Care
The philosophy at every Longevity Centers location, including the Hippocrates Way clinic, is built on published clinical research. Our chelation therapy, for instance, is informed by research on regenerative applications published by the American Heart Association. Our EBOOST™ therapy is based on ongoing research being done on ozone therapy, including studies published by the National Library of Medicine.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the exact address and suite for this location?
The Hippocrates Way clinic is located on the second floor of the Vida Building, at 1480 Hippocrates Way, West Palm Beach, FL 33411.
Is a physician referral required for diagnosis or therapy?
No referral is required. Patients can schedule directly for a comprehensive longevity assessment or any individual therapy offered at this location.
What happens during the first visit?
New patients complete a longevity and wellness assessment, which includes expanded hormone panels, intracellular nutrient testing, and early-detection screening. The results are used to build a therapy plan specific to that patient rather than a generalized protocol.
Does this location offer testing for mold or heavy metal exposure?
Yes, the Hippocrates Way clinic provides dedicated mold mycotoxin panels and heavy metal testing, along with detoxification protocols such as IV ozone therapy, EBOO, and supervised chelation for patients with a confirmed environmental burden.
Can hormone-related fatigue be addressed through your therapies?
Yes, based on diagnostic panel results, our medical team can design bioidentical hormone replacement and peptide optimization plans intended to restore energy, mental clarity, and metabolic function.
Are non-surgical options available for chronic joint pain?
Yes, regenerative injection therapies, including PRP and prolotherapy, are available at this location as a potential alternative to ongoing cortisone injections or orthopedic surgery.
