Biologic Age Testing
Your chronological age counts the years since you were born, but it tells you very little about how well your body is actually functioning. Biologic age testing measures how your cells and key systems are aging on a molecular level, giving you a far more accurate picture of your true health and longevity than a birthday ever could.
Biologic age testing is an optional measurement we can run for you whenever you would like a deeper look at how you are aging. It is not a required part of every care plan, but for patients who want objective data on their pace of aging, it is one of the most powerful tools available. To explore it, browse our diagnostics services or ask our team during a consultation.
What Is Biologic Age?
Biologic age, sometimes called biological or epigenetic age, reflects the cumulative wear on your body from genetics, lifestyle, environment, and stress. Two people born on the same day can have biologic ages that differ by a decade or more.
A biologic age younger than your chronological age is a strong signal of healthy aging, while an older biologic age can be an early warning that intervention may be worthwhile, often years before symptoms appear.

We Use the TruAge Test
At The Longevity Center FL, our biologic age testing uses TruAge, an advanced epigenetic test built on DNA methylation science. A simple blood sample is analyzed to read the chemical markers on your DNA that change predictably as you age, producing a precise and validated estimate of your biological age. Because TruAge uses the same standardized methodology every time, it is ideal for tracking your progress across multiple tests over months and years.
If you want to see how your results compare on a global stage, TruAge results can even be submitted to the Rejuvenation Olympics, a public leaderboard that ranks how effectively people are slowing their pace of aging.
What TruAge Measures
The TruAge panel goes beyond a single number, reporting on several validated epigenetic metrics:
Biological Age
Your DNA methylation age compared to your actual chronological age.
Pace of Aging (DunedinPACE)
How fast you are currently aging, measured in biological years per calendar year.
Telomere Length
An epigenetic estimate of your telomeres, the protective caps on your chromosomes.
Immune & System Markers
Methylation-based insights into immune cell composition and related aging systems.
What to Expect
Consultation & Intake
We review your health history and goals to confirm TruAge testing is right for you.

Results & Interpretation
A physician walks you through your biological age, pace of aging, and what the numbers mean for your healthspan.
Track Your Progress

Schedule an AppointmentDave’s Journey Combatting Lyme Disease
Dave E. has been sick for 25 years. Due to previously unknown causes, he has dealt with a wide array of physical and psychological symptoms, from headaches and muscle cramps to heart palpitations, nightmares, severe brain fog, and chronic flu-like fatigue. Over more than two decades, he searched in vain for a diagnosis and treatment for his symptoms, with standard blood panels always coming up negative for Lyme disease. While he found temporary, mild relief through vitamins, supplements, and prescription medications, they barely made a dent. His condition impacted his ability to enjoy his personal life and threatened his livelihood, due to his inability to satisfactorily perform his job functions.
The Longevity Center West Palm Beach, FL began by performing comprehensive testing to identify potential underlying conditions causing Dave’s symptoms. Once diagnosed, he underwent our therapies for chronic and persistent Lyme symptoms, along with those targeting mold exposure and heavy metals. Dave insists that the protocols have changed his life. He also praises how welcoming and caring our staff and technicians have made him feel, and how effortless the therapies are to undergo.
*While individual outcomes vary and results are not guaranteed for every patient, his experience reflects the kind of root-cause, whole-body approach the clinic aims to offer those for whom conventional treatment alone has fallen short.
Advanced Longevity Medicine Grounded in Evidence-Based Care
Clinical decisions at The Longevity Center FL are grounded in published, peer-reviewed research, rather than anecdotal wellness trends. Our IV ozone and chelation protocols, for example, are informed by research indexed through PubMed, while our approach to NAD+ stabilization and cellular recovery draws on research published through the National Institutes of Health. We also align our broader preventive care framework with whole-person care guidelines issued by the American Osteopathic Association.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a referral to be seen at the West Palm Beach clinic?
No, patients can schedule a comprehensive longevity assessment directly, without a referral from a primary care physician. Our clinic is located at 580 Village Blvd, Suite 210, West Palm Beach, FL 33409, inside the Villages of Palm Beach Lakes.
What does the initial visit involve?
New patients typically begin with a longevity and wellness assessment, which includes expanded hormone testing, intracellular nutrient analysis, and early-detection screening. These results form the basis of an individualized care plan rather than a standardized protocol.
What hormone and peptide services are available?
Our medical team designs bioidentical hormone replacement and peptide optimization plans based on each patient’s diagnostic panel, with the goal of restoring energy, mental clarity, and metabolic function.
Can you address joint pain without surgery?
In many cases, yes. Regenerative injection therapies, including platelet-rich plasma (PRP) and prolotherapy, are used to target localized joint degeneration, offering many patients pain relief and an alternative to ongoing cortisone injections or orthopedic surgery.
What IV and cellular therapies does the West Palm Beach location offer?
Available therapies include NAD+ infusions, medical-grade IV ozone therapy, and chelation therapy, primarily used to address chronic fatigue, systemic inflammation, and heavy metal or mold-related toxicity.
What other therapies are offered at this location?
