What Your Longevity Assessment Measures

Your results are based on six interconnected systems that strongly influence how well and how long you live: metabolic health, cardiovascular function, hormonal balance, cognitive and mental wellness, inflammation and immune resilience, and physical performance. Weakness in any one of these areas can quietly accelerate biological aging, while improvements often compound across the others.

Understanding Your Longevity Score

A higher score suggests that your habits and physiology are currently well aligned with healthy aging, while a lower score points to systems that may benefit from closer evaluation. The score is a snapshot, not a verdict: it is designed to direct your attention toward the testing and lifestyle changes most likely to move the needle for you.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the longevity assessment free?

Yes. The Longevity Centers of America Longevity Assessment is completely free to take and gives you a personalized longevity score in just a few minutes.

How long does the assessment take?

Most people complete the assessment in three to five minutes. Your score and recommendations are generated immediately when you finish.

Is my longevity score a medical diagnosis?

No. Your score is an educational snapshot of six health systems and is not a diagnosis. For a clinical evaluation, we recommend longevity testing or a consultation with our team.

What should I do after I get my score?

Review the recommendations shown with your results, then explore our longevity testing and diagnostics services or schedule a consultation to discuss a personalized plan.

Patient Success Story

How a Local Greenville Resident Overcame Symptoms of Anxiety

Luke S., owner of a landscape design and construction company, increasingly felt anxious and depressed, especially in the mornings, with no indication of underlying causes, including from standard blood panels. The onset of afternoon brain fog and general malaise compounded things. The symptoms became debilitating to the point that it became difficult for Luke to accomplish the daily tasks needed for his business to succeed.

Following a comprehensive intake and lab panel, Luke began our personalized male hormone optimization protocol, including testosterone replacement therapy. After just a few appointments, he has regained feelings of motivation and higher energy levels throughout the day, and the afternoon brain fog has subsided completely. Luke insists that the therapies he receives at the Longevity Center Greenville, SC have improved his personal life and enabled his business to thrive.

*While individual outcomes vary and results are not guaranteed for every patient, his experience reflects the kind of root-cause, whole-body approach the clinic aims to offer those for whom conventional treatment alone has fallen short.
